Seven years ago, I was a completely different person. Sleeping in. Eating like trash. Staying up late. Hitting the gym once or twice a week when I felt like it. I thought that was normal.
Fast forward to now — I’m married, I own a home, I’m a dad, and I work full time to put food on the table. My alarm goes off at 4am so I can train before the day starts. I’m at work by 6:30am for a 10-hour day. Then I come home and show up for my wife and my child.
